The apartment is on the 41st floor of a 41 story building.
The apartment is on the 41st floor of a 41 story building. The apartment is nice and the views are great. It is in a good location. It has two bedrooms which is nice. I would return there if I wanted an apartment instead of a hotel.
The living space not big but adequate. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi not very warm. They were still cleaning when we arrived. They did not have remotes for each of the TVs.

Scandalous we couldn't invite guests to visit us in our apartment & that the electricity was cut off
Helpful receptionist, Clarivel, and point of contact in the building, Milena.
We visited Cartagena as sailing friends were going to be there for 3 weeks. They generously invited us on board their boat for drinks, meals and sailing adventures. We were horrified that we were not in a position to reciprocate the hospitality and quite frankly embarrassed that they were refused access to our apartment. When we booked the apartment, we were given no indication that we would not even be able to host our friends for afternoon tea or a glass of beer. Had we known this we would not have booked the accommodation. On arrival many fundamental items were missing from the apartment - kettle {we spent 3 days boiling water in a metal jug on the stove which wasn't ideal}; ironing board; mugs; wine glasses; sufficient cutlery & crockery; bottle opener; bath mats; loo paper; dish cloth & tea towel ... Eventually most of these items were supplied but it was a distraction from our vacation that we could have done without. And, finally we were horrified that the electricity bill for the apartment had clearly not been paid. Hence, we spent a day without any power, air conditioning or internet. Yet another irritation that was clearly unacceptable.

Great location
Nice view and the area is full of places to go.
The kitchen wasn’t clean properly the dishes still with some food from the last guest, not enough towels for a group of 5 ( 5 days), they need to pay more attention in general cleaning. Blocked sink in one of the bathroom.

Nice apartment but not ready for guests
Location and amazing view
- Kitchen - in very poor condition. Broken and incomplete china, anti-hygienic pots and pans, broken cabinet door. - Bathrooms - poor lighting and fused light bulbs. Clogged shower drain. Worn towels, with holes and stains. Just one per person and no hand towels. - Bedroom - dirty sheets and missing pillow covers. - Air conditioner - the remote control only worked sometimes. - Washing machine - made lots of noise and moved around the room. It needs to be fixed. - No dryer nor dishwasher in the apartment. - People in charge - promised to bring missing things and took them 2 days with many reminders from us. The handyman who was fixing the bathroom and kitchen issues never showed up, not only once, but twice! - In short, nice apartment but not ready for guests.
